João Felix
João Felix is an accomplished Senior Executive with a successful 30-year track record in energy technology services including experience in strategic business planning, international operations, line management, technology development, equipment manufacturing, sales & marketing, and corporate communications.
João has a extensive track record working with corporate leaders, government officials at all levels and media representatives to enhance the corporate brand, manage crisis communications, and develop Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) programs.

João’s entrepreneurship includes enabling sustainable growth in businesses through the development of digital transformation projects in collaboration with academia, and digital technology and software development partners in North America, Europe and Asia.
Throughout his executive career, João has held leadership positions with Schlumberger, a global leader in energy technology and services. He currently serves on the Boards of Intrepid Resources LLC and iEducate.

Sergio Correa de Sampaio
Sergio Correa de Sampaio is an accomplished Senior Corporate Finance Officer with more than 30 years international experience across the Professional Services, Manufacturing, IT, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Mining and Energy industries. He is a valuable advisor for an organization implementing national and international M&A strategies and transactions.
He has extensive experience in all operational aspects of M&A transactions in particular cross-border deals, divestitures, spin-offs and asset purchase & dispositions. Sergio has a successful 25-year track record in due diligence, refinancing, integration planning for international deals and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) compliance.
Throughout his executive career, Sergio has held Finance leadership positions with Schlumberger, NextiraOne and Cephalon.
Sergio has always been an avid art collector. For the past two decades, he has specialized in contemporary art with a particular interest in high-end art editions, which he actively sponsors.
